Tiny House as Airbnb
We all love tiny houses and always wonder what other way there is to utilise them. Well Jilan and Josh Wise from the United State had a great idea to rent they Tiny house as Airbnb. They taking social media by a storm thanks to the interest they getting on Airbnb.
The whole story begin when the Wises decide to build they own little tiny house on a $20.000 budget just outside of Las Vegas. They have surprised everyone with the idea, but showing determination the work went on. Soon enough the Tiny House was done and they named it “Blue Baloo”.
The Law Stepped in!
Shortly after 2 years of living in they tiny home the local law restricted of them living there full time. Sadly the Wises had to move to a traditional house. Although the Tiny Home Living has ended, they were still determined to keep they Little Tiny House and try to find an alternative use for it after they put so much love and effort to make it.
That’s when they come up with the Idea of Renting they Tiny House as Airbnb. Giving facts that is not far from Las Vegas and the structure itself stand out of the rest it was a no brainer. The Tiny House was just over 13m but its didn’t stop peoples contacting them as we all know possible to Living big in a Tiny House. Setting up a price range of $95-$125 a night, soon enough the bookings start to roll in. Along with high popularity they managed to maintain an awesome 4.9 score on the platform.
Its been reported that between February 2019 and early 2020 the Wises were managed to earn just over $21.000 income trough rental. If we looking and that factor then basically the Tiny House paid for itself within the first year of renting. Obviously they had to spend some money on upkeep and maintenance but the money earned is still significant and turns out to be a brilliant investment,
Its just shows that sometimes things not always go as planned but at then end there is always a solution.
